This paper uses a complementary metal oxide semiconductor (CMOS) 0.18-um process parameter provided by TSMC and PCB to design a distributed amplifier. The distributed amplifier is designed by using the concept of a three-resonant amplifier, To achieve broadband gain, this paper use different resonant frequencies to achieve, and the required component values are designed by using a reference formula. The matching circuit is designed using the inductor and parasitic capacitor between transistor. In this paper, the electromagnetic simulation software is used to draw the inductance by itself, instead of the transmission line matching, this method can reduce the area. The inductive equivalent transmission line method is used to design the PCB. Since the printed circuit board does not have such a large degree of design freedom as the wafer, the circuit layout must be well designed to complete the circuit.
