| Popis: | 106 Recently, with increasing awareness of environmental issues, the world works to achieve the sustainable development goals. Among four of the most common packaging materials in the world, paper packaging materials are recognized as one of the most promising green packaging materials in the 21st century. It can be expected that there is a growing demand for paper packaging materials in Taiwan as the government implements measures to reduce plastic pollution. However, in recent years, the market competition has become increasingly fierce in paper container manufacturing industry due to factors such as global recession, overproduction and the regulations of WTO and EU. In this study, the Delphi technique is used to perform a five-force analysis of A-Corporation, a company in the paper container manufacturing industry. We obtain the ideas and forecasts from a group of experts through a questionnaire. The responses are summarized and the new questions are developed on the basis of the responses. In our study, the experts answer questionnaires in two rounds. Based on the results of Delphi survey, we analyze the present situation and development trend of the industry to find the competitive advantages and business strategies of paper container manufacturing industry. The results of this study make contributions for A-Corporation and the whole paper container manufacturing industry to implement the marketing strategy planning.
