Popis: | 106 In this study,we present a strategy to carry out the sensitive determination of uric acid (UA) in complex matrices based on the graphene-poly-diamino benzenesulfonic acid (2,5-DABSA) modified screen-printed carbon electrode (SPCE / Graphene / Poly (2,5-DABSA)).First, graphene was prepared as a solution (0.5 mg/mL), which was dropped directly on the surface of a screen-printed carbon electrode (SPCE), and then the electrode was dried in oven. Next the as-prepared SPCE / Graphene was decorated with poly(2,5-DABSA) by cyclic voltammetry(CV) scan in the monomer electrolyte solution to obtain SPCE / Graphene / Poly (2,5-DABSA). Using SPCE/Graphene/Poly(2,5-DABSA) as the working electrode, cyclic voltammetry (CV) was used for electrochemical detection of UA. The current response of UA for SPCE/Graphene/Poly(2,5-DABSA) is significantly higher than other electrodes (bare SPCE, SPCE/Graphene, SPCE/Poly(2,5-DABSA)). It is assumed that graphene was further oxidized during the poly(2,5-DABSA) deposition step, and many oxygen-containing functional groups are generated, which increases the interaction between the electrode and thus the UA and increases the oxidational signal. The quantification of UA was performed with linear sweep voltammetry (LSV), and a linear range of 0.5-10 μM (R2 = 0.9972) was obtained. The sensitivity was 3.843 μA/μM, and the detection limit was 0.038 μM (S/N=3). |
