Popis: | 106 The circular economy of the Basic Oxygen Furnace Slag (BOF) and the Bottom Ash (BA) is the current direction of the domestic government. This study uses the incinerator BA and BOF to replace the fine and coarse materials for the dense grade asphalt concrete proportioning design, and using pure natural aggregate asphalt concrete dense grading as the control group, compare its engineering properties, durability and safety; In addition, based on the test results, the test sections are paved on the spot and tested. The test results show that the bottom ash replaces the natural fine aggregate volume percentage by 10%. If the ratio is more than 10%, the engineering properties have doubts that the specifications are not in conformity with the specifications. In the semi-circular bending test section, the slopes of the four ratios of the giant slit-energy diagram are the same, and the four ratios use the same asphalt AC20, so it is speculated that the critical strain energy release rate is only related to the asphalt type, and has nothing to do with the aggregate type. The evaluation results of the test section show that it is feasible to add the BOF and BA for the road, and it is a short-term observation after nearly three months after construction. It still needs continuous testing to understand long-term performance. |
