With the global warming and climate change effects during these years.Air pollution is getting worse day by day, these materials could be particulate matters as gas, solid or liquid.the air we breathing everyday combines variety of chemical materials, the most common element is nitrogen, the second is oxygen and the rest part are combination of different kind of gases.the composition of each kind of gas is not fixed, it has slightly variations, when excessive material occurred, it will be considered as air pollution.air pollution has a minor effect to environment and human body if pollutant is below to a certain level; in case if pollutant increasing to a toxic level, we have to figure out a way to have it removed from the air.people were more aware of environment protection and sustainability, which lead to a series of bionic researches conducted by scholars and industries. However, when designers only had little knowledge about creatures, it is difficult to find suitable biological sample for new product development. As a result, this research exclusively searched for suitable biological samples on internet to inspire conceptual design ideas. Computer assisted engineering analysis was then applied to optimize the product design. The research took screens as an example to proof the feasibility and effectiveness of the bionic design optimization procedure.
