Popis: | 106 The assembly line is indispensable at the factory, and in order to achieve a certain level of assembly line productivity, multiple objectives must be taken into account at the same time. In daily life, multiple goals will conflict with each other, so the problem of fuzzy multi-objective production line balance will arise.. This study considers five goals: minimizing cycle time, minimizing the number of workstations, minimizing the number of workstation differences, minimizing workstation idle time, and maximizing product profits. These above-mentioned goals conflict with each other. Therefore, the fuzzy multi-objective piecewise linear programming model is used and expressed at the level of satisfaction. The mixed integer programming model is used to establish these mutually conflicting goals. Finally, the five target models are based on fuzzy numbers. Convert to an equal single linear pattern to find the result. At the same time, we expand the model by considering the opinion of experts on the importance of various goals by developing fuzzy multi-objective planning with specified weights. In order to determine the importance of various objectives, the fuzzy analysis hierarchy process method and breadth analysis method were used to incorporate expert opinions. Allowing decision-makers to have more choices, so that decision-makers in the decision-making can remain flexible and not biased towards a target situation. |
