Popis: | 106 In this thesis, polybenzoxazines with excellent thermal properties were successfully prepared by using renewable raw materials (furfurylamine and vanillin). The Bz monomer DVP-fu prepared from vanillin-derived bisphenol and furfurylamine exhibits excellent properties after curing. To further understand the structure-property relationship, two other structurally similar benzoxazines (DHP-fu and DVG-fu) were prepared. According to DSC and FTIR thermal treatment, it was found that the cross-linking reaction of polybenzoxazine has a significant relationship with the number of free ortho to the oxygen of oxazine. From the thermal-mechanical properties (DMA, TMA, TGA), it was found that the Bz thermosets C-DHP-fu and C-DVP-fu exhibited excellent thermal properties (Tg=306 oC, 283 oC), and due to introduce of phosphorus-containing DOPO structure, it significantly increased its thermal stability (Char yield=74%, 63%) and flame retardancy (UL94 V-0 rating), demonstrating that biorenewable Bz can also have excellent thermal properties, reactivity and flame retardancy. |
