Popis: | 106 The synthesis of Copper oxide/ Titania Nanotubes composite photocatalysts was prepared by using a hydrothermal synthesis method. The effects of hydrothermal temperature, hydrothermal process and the concentrations of Copper oxide have been studied for the photocatalytic activity over Copper oxide/ Titania Nanotubes composite photocatalysts. The structural, characteristic analysis and photo-catalytic properties of Copper oxide / Titanic Nanotubes composite photocatalyst were characterized by XRD, SEM, BET and UV–visible absorption spectroscopy. The results show that using intermittent stirring hydrothermal synthesis method with hydrothermal time for 20hr and addition of 0.5% Copper oxide in Copper oxide/ Titania Nanotubes composite possesses the best photocatalytic performance. The Copper oxide/ Titania Nanotubes photocatalytic degradation of 20ppm/ 200ml methyl orange water solution in 100mins. The Copper oxide/ Titania Nanotubes photocatalytic of methyl orange degradation efficiency reaches to 97.5 %. |
