Popis: | 106 Tremella fuciformis is an important oriental edible and medical fungus. The main active component isolated from Tremella fuciformis is Tremella polysaccharide. Tremella is a kind of edible fungi used as drugs and food. It has very high nutrition value. Tremella polysaccharides are the main bioactive substances in the Tremella bodies. It comes from the purification and isolation of the heteropolysaccharide during spores deep fermentation. The Tremella polysaccharides has the function in boosting the immune system as well as anti tumor and anti oxidation. It can also lower the glycemic index and blood lipids. In recent years, Tremella polysaccharides showed promising features as food additives in the fields of natural functional food, medical and healthy food and cosmetics. The research is Extraction optimization and using microwave of and polysaccharide from Tremella fuciformis solid-state fermentation.Use hot water extract. Discussion respectively per-treated time, ratio of water volume to raw material weight, microwave power, microwave time.Pick out the most method to improve the extraction efficiency of polysaccharide from Tremella fuciformis. Obtain optimum extraction conditions of the antioxidant activity. In this study, response surface methodology (RSM) was employed to optimize the extraction process of Polysaccharide from the produced Tremella fuciformis mycelia using Box-Behnken Design (BBD) .The experimental data obtained after were fitted to a second-order polynomial equation using multiple regression analysis. Statistical analysis showed that the polynomial regression model was in good agreement with the experimental results with the determination coefficient (R2) of 0.9353 the extraction parameters were optimized as 3.6 hr for hot water extract time, and 400 W for microwave power.136s for microwave time. Triterpenoids from the produced Tremella fuciformis mycelia used Box-Behnken Design (BBD). The experimental data obtained after were fitted to a second-order polynomial equation using multiple regression analysis. Statistical analysis showed that the polynomial regression model was in good agreement with the experimental results with the determination coefficient (R2) of 0.9143 the extraction parameters were optimized as 2hr for respectively per-treated time,83% for Ethanol concentration, weight,300W for microwave power,154s for microwave time and from Tremella fuciformis mycelia were examined. The Tremella fuciformis triterpenoids at 10000 ppm showed a reducing power of 2.701, a scavenging DPPH radical ability of 71.99%, a chelating ability of 42.3% . |
