| Popis: | 106 The purpose of this study was to study the effects of team performance, team performance, contextual performance and innovation behavior on team performance by regression analysis. A total of 136 valid questionnaires were collected and analyzed by SPSS software package. The results are as follows: 1. The performance of Company H in team performance is ordinary. 2. Team cooperation has a significant effect on the contextual performance, so the better the team cooperation, the better the contextual performance will be. 3. The effects of team cooperation, contextual performance and innovation behavior on team performance are significant under individual team performance, so the better team cooperation is, the better team performance is. The better the contextual performance is, the better the team performance will be. The better the innovation behavior, the better the team performance. |
