Organizational justice, organizational commitment, organizational climate, and job satisfaction have close relation and also have great influence on the operations of the companies. If we could understand the moderator that the relationships of Organizational justice, organizational commitment, organizational climate, and job satisfaction, we could improve the decision of human resource management and promote the company’s efficiency. This study aims to explore the relationships among Organizational justice, organizational commitment, organizational climate, and job satisfaction of employees who work in the high-tech industry. A total of 405 questionnaires were issued and analyzed by SPSS. The results found that organizational climate had a significant positive effect on organizational commitment; organizational justice had a significant positive effect on organizational commitment; organizational climate had a significant positive effect on job satisfaction; Organizational justice had a significant positive effect on job satisfaction; organizational commitment had a significant positive effect on job satisfaction.
