The Relationship between Servant-style Leadership and Organizational Citizenship Behavior : Using Organizational Culture as a Mediator

The study is designed to explore the servant-leadership and organizational citizenship behavior affinity of research and in the culture of the organization as an intermediary variables. The study adopted the questionnaire survey method to command the kaohsiung city Government,taxi,soldiers and hiring staff for the object,issued a total of 133 questionnaires 133Backup Recovery,removes invalid questionnaire a total of 119 valid questionnaires,effective recovery rate up 89.47%. The use of spss questionnaire information derived from the analysis of statistical methods,which contains a letter of project analysis, 【reliability】 analysis, sample structure analysis,descriptive statistics analytics,multiple,regression analysis method. The study assumptions validation results summarized as follows : (A) The servant-leader of organizational culture has a significant positive impact; (B) The organizational culture of the organization citizens behavior has a significant positive impact; (c) The servant-leader of the organization of the citizens behavior has a significant positive impact; (D) The culture of the Organization has the intermediary result. According to the findings of this research to practical application and future studies of specific of recommendations and related practices for kaohsiung city command and follow-up the researchers for reference and enhance staff performance as the basis for continued. keywords: servant-leadership style and the organizational culture、organizations of civi 、recruitment system .
