Popis: | 106 Moisture cured polyurethane-ureas (MCPUs) are environmentally, solvent-free, high-performance adhesives with high mechanical strength and thermal stability. In this study, 4,4-Methylene diphenyl diisocyanate, Polyethylene glycol (MW=2000), and raw coffee oil materials. The ratio of fixed PEG and MDI (OH:NCO=1:1.5).Synthesis of bio-based moisture cure polyurethane-urea by one-pot method, and the resulting film was aged at a constant temperature of 45 ℃ for 3 days. In addition, under the constant temperature 40 ℃, relative humidity of 50%, ultraviolet light irradiation for 30 days, observe the degree of degradation, to compare and discuss the following characteristics of MCPUs before and after ultraviolet light degradation: ATR-FTIR observe the MCPUs functional group ; TGA was used to observe the thermal stability of MCPUs ; Limiting oxygen index chamber used to observe flame resistant ; Tensile strength testing machine to observe changes in mechanical strength;Comparison of solvent resistance. The results bio-based moisture cure polyurethane-ureas have good thermal and flame resistance, and good mechanical strength. However, under Ultraviolet irradiation, the mechanical strength decreases, the thermal stability decreases, and the degree of hydrolysis increases, coffee oil is helpful for polyurethane degradation. |
