Nowadays, the rapid growth of high-tech industries has brought many conveniences and opportunities, but it has also gradually withered traditional industries. In the case of unfavorable survival, traditional industries can only be transformed or relocated to places where the cost is low and the original materials are easily accessible. With the change of Taiwan economic environment, the tire manufacturing industry also corresponds to the change in the economic environment. The tire manufacturing is the industrial field which is dominated by labor, capital and technology, so the gain is mainly affected by space, labor capital, raw material price and so on. This study uses the second half of the tire manufacturing process as a research case. To analyze the production process performance of the rear half-processing tire process. After collecting tire related process information, contact the process related staff to discuss the model profile of the whole process, and further determine the factors, the level and the production performance value as a response variable. In this study, Arena system simulation software was used to construct tire processing mode. Through the design of 2^(6-2) partial factor experiment, the six factors and two reaction variables of this experiment are defined, and then all the configurations were simulated and the data were aggregated. With Minitab statistical analysis software, we can obtain the ANOVA table, Plato map, and principal effect map, and then compare and analyze them. We can get the recommended configuration of the factor level, and finally we can do the data validation through the mode validation. If you want to improve the production line WIP performance indicators to the best state, the number of vulcanizing machines will be configured in a low level. the number of people who organize and trim, the number of people checking the appearance, the number of machines for balance and uniformity detection, the number of testing machines for tire bubbles and the number of X-Ray machines are configured at a high level. However,if you want to improve the yield rate of the production line to the best state, the number of vulcanizing machines, the number of people who organize and trim, the number of testing machines for tire bubbles, and the number of X-Ray machines will all be configured at a high level. The number of people checking the appearance, the number of machines for balance and uniformity detection are configured at a low level.
