Popis: | 106 In recent years, there is in an upsurge of promoting Industry 4.0 in the world. However, many equipment of small and medium enterprises in Taiwan were originally used as stand-alone installations. The operation of the equipment itself, the feeding of finished products and the discharge of finished products were all done manually. In this paper, the C # program is used to develop a visual operation interface by using a central computing unit to collect and store data and analyze the robots, conveyors, intelligent automatic storage and retrieval system, laser engraving machines and automatic guided vehicle. The original equipment for small and medium enterprises will not be eliminated as long as the necessary equipment and computing units are added according to their factory conditions. Thus, this process can reduce the need for manpower and the industrial upgrading can be achieved with a lower budget. Finally, this paper applies the design concept in the "Industry 4.0 Technology R & D Center" to collect and control the physical data, and real-life operation test, verification and comparison. |
