In recent years, the national military camps have responded to the changes in the cross-strait defense strategy and the advancement of weapons and science. The personnel of various units of the National Army have been continuously reduced or even compiled. The number of troops stationed in Kinmen has exceeded 100,000 a few decades ago. The tactical demand is only about 3,000 troops. This study explores the background of the time and space before the military buildings in the idle camps. What problems do you have in the design and use of the county government and related units after the release of the idle camps? How to activate the buildings in the idle camps? After the use, the idle camps should be properly preserved and reused, and the idle camps should use the urban development theory, reuse theory, and theater theory to establish the foundation. Does the existence of the building affect the urban development and discuss the camps that have been released? How to improve as a tourist attraction will attract more people. This study uses the on-the-spot investigation to analyze the military buildings in the Liuying area of Liuying and analyze the collective memory of the military interviews that have been stationed. It knows the space where the original use and current conditions of the buildings in the camp are currently idle, using military cases at home and abroad. Compare and interview military personnel, government agencies, experts, scholars, and non-governmental organizations to compare and discuss the building and reuse of buildings in the idle camps, and give cultural ideas to the future camps. The results of the study found that after the county government used the idle camp to activate and reuse, the public sector's policy issues on the idle camp: (1) historical inheritance issues (2) land issues (3) public sector attitudes toward military building preservation are unknown (4) ) wasting public money. Second, the planning and design of idle camps: (1) Characteristic (2) Value (3) Multi-evaluation. Third, the impact of the activation and reuse of idle camps on urban development: (1) industrial factors (2) social factors. In the observation, even if the idle camps are activated and reused, many buildings have not yet been developed. At present, there are still many idle military buildings. Only the understanding and investigation of the carpet-type all-around before the activation and reuse can achieve the activation and reuse of military buildings in the camp. Purpose, and find out the atmosphere of cultural innovation in the Golden Gate field in the camp.
