Popis: | 106 This study adopts the action research method to explore the process and encounter difficulties of the community holistic care service project (B+C) in the rural areas of the small islands near kinmen. It referred on the concepts of action research, literature analysis, participation in observation, and practical reflection. Practical work development research issues, data collection and analysis, introspection and thinking, propose solutions, roll-out correction implementation through action research, and development of long-term localization services. The results of this study were as follows: (1) The integration of community leaders' opinions, community cadres' actions and a sound community volunteer team are the key factors affecting the community's willingness to invest in services and become service providers. (2) asking the steady operation of the sunshine center and organizational structure. The Community Development Association is a prerequisite for promoting the overall community care service plan. (3) Whether the Class B unit can provide administrative support, professional assistance and resource integration by where will affect the willingness of the Community Development Association to transition to the Alley Long Photo Station (4). Providers should to improve their understanding of the project. (5) Health and social affairs have not yet been integrated, and services are still in their own hands. (6) Local authorities are taking care of the community as a whole. With the implementation of the policy advocacy and long-term service law, people generally have more expectations for long-term service. This study suggested that: (1) Policy planning should consider regionality and respect local differences (II) Should be strengthened for the government accounting department's understanding and understanding of the long-term service payment system (c) It is expected that lane long-term care station will provide stable care services, and the subsidies for professional manpower funds are indispensable items. (4) New payments in long-term plan 2.0 Institutions, strategies and operating models for small-scale community-based long-term care service should be studied further.
