| Popis: | 106 The aim of this thesis is to discuss Taiwan’s current interview mechanism and its related regulations, compare and analyze the immigrant marriage systems of the U.S. and Japan, talk to National Immigration Agency (NIA) interviewers and mainland spouses. This thesis finds that Taiwan’s current interview mechanism is necessary for maintaining national security and social order; however, there are some suggestions as follow: A. In institution side 1. Set up New Immigrant Foundation for social stability, taking the Employment Stability Foundation by Ministry of Labor as reference. 2. Establish the immigration court. B. In legal side 1. Delete the proviso of Paragraph 1, Article 12 of Regulations Governing the Implementation of Interview. 2. Delete the major flaw explanations cited in Subparagraph 2, Paragraph 1, Article 14 of Regulations Governing the Implementation of Interview. 3. Revise the provision of prohibiting the second submission within six months after a denial administrative injunction. 4. Revise the provision of providing the notarized marriage records. C. In executive side 1. Cancel border interview and streamline the administrative course. 2. Add the video signal function as a supplemental tool for interview. 3. Increase immigration officers and reinforce field investigation. 4. Conduct regular interview study and strengthen multicultural courses and human rights. |
