| Popis: | 106 Consultation work is carried out for a long time in troops, its help superior to prevent risk factors, also help everyone to resolve problems of their mind. Since 1994, over 60,000 people consulted, there is a very outstanding effectiveness of dealing with disturbance and maintaining unity of troops. Social patterns have been changing in recent years, we face a huge challenge in leadership, military discipline and consultation. In the other hand, the popular belief that young people lack of tolerance, hard to overcome stress. In addition, the concepts of teenagers prefer to individuals and liberalism, that conflict the unity in troops, therefore, every rookie need a long time to adapt, so adaption become a hot spot in military in recent year. In this study, the target samples are the military police station in south. Totally 568 valid questionnaires are collected. Our findings show that consultation can help solders to adapt live in troops. |
