Popis: | 106 The students under custody will return to the campus and study in the original class to continue their education. Therefore, this study takes the homeroom teachers at the middle schools as the interview subjects. The study adopts the research methods of qualitative and in-depth interview. In addition, the study collects and analyzes the processes and experiences from six homeroom teachers who counsel the students under custody in Miaoli. The main findings are as follows: First, there are transitional problems in the adaption process of the students under custody. Second, the family environment needs the social support to help strengthen the family functions. Third, the arrangements of the school curriculum have failed to increase the flexibility and integration of social resources, which cannot promote the proper developments of the cases. Fourth, the bureaucracy among the teachers, the school administration and the custody officers prevent the plan from integrating effectively. Fifth,the student under custody is a common phenomenon and inner voice for teenagers. This study will discuss the above results, and to provide helpful referent strategies for the staff who are counseling the teenagers under custody. |
