Popis: | 106 This paper mainly discusses the factors that tourists mainly evaluate when referring to tourism information, and understands the importance of evaluation factors from statistical data, and sorts out the evaluation items of passengers when referring to tourism information and the importance of each evaluation item. Sex can be used as a reference for the tourism industry. In this study, 70 valid questionnaires were collected through online questionnaires for data analysis and verification. The results of the study are six: 1. Tourists are more concerned with the characteristics of catering than the tools, comfort, and transportation schedules of transportation. 2. Tourists are more important for vehicle comfort than transportation (by plane, train, boat). 3. Tourists attach the utmost importance to the dining environment in the restaurant. 4. Tourists believe that overall service quality is more important than restaurant quality. 5. Tourists believe that overall service quality is more important than restaurant quality. 6. Tourists believe that it is more important to have a reasonable price than to have a preferential price. |
