Popis: | 106 The purpose of this study is to explore the relationship between psychological contract and organizational commitment of junior high school teachers, and to take the perceived fairness of pension reform as a moderator variable. In this study, the formal teachers in public junior high schools are chosen as research sample. A total of 350 questionnaires were sent out and 292 valid questionnaires were received. This study is based on the empirical analysis of hierarchical regression. The results of this study show that psychological contract is significantly positive correlative with organizational commitment. However, the perceived fairness of pension reform change weakened the relationship between psychological contract and organizational commitment. When teachers recognize that pension reform is more fair to them, the psychological contract will have a less impact on organizational commitment.However, if teachers recognize that pension reform is more unfair to them, teachers tend to believe that schools can fulfill their psychological expectations, that schools will abide by intangible commitments, and strengthen psychological contract to the impact of organizational commitment. |
