The inorganic self-cleaning film consists of lots of functional group, which makes it have effect on super-hygrophobicity easily. Besides its component characteristic, the material internal mechanical property (such as the abrasion resistance and hardness) also makes its hydrophobicity performance would not degrade through time extension, and this is the greatest difference between the inorganic and organic self-cleaning film. In this research, we took the organic-inorganic film as self-cleaning coat material, through the supersonic wave spray coating process, we could spray the coating particle evenly on the glass substrate which has been modified by ultraviolet light and ozone. Thus we could make the self-cleaning coat get better mechanical and physical characteristic to have a wider usage. In this experiment, we took the sol-gel process to synthesize SiO2. By the hydrolytic and condensation characteristic of TEOS, we could polymerize TEOS hydrolyzed particles to induce condensation reaction, which could reduce into SiO2 particle with three dimensional bounding structure, then we add organic polymeric particle into it to make it polymerized into organic-inorganic composite film. This research mainly discuss about the influence of organic-inorganic composite film which caused by the molar value scale of water and ethanol, metal alkoxide spices, and the temperature, timeline of synthetic reaction. And we analysis those variances through the following several instuments: Abrasion tester、AFM、SEM、Salt spray tester、Contact Angle Meter、Adhesion Cross-Cut Tester、Pencil Scratch Hardness Tester and FTIR. Through the variant analyze, we discuss about the surface morphology, change of microstructure, and other optical, physical, chemical and mechanical characteristic and result.
