Popis: | 106 In recent years, the sales volume of lettuce has increased and reached 510 metric tons in 2016. In 2018, due to the government's relaxation of pesticide residue standards, dimethomorph, which is one of the commonly used pesticides for the cultivation of lettuce, has increased its’ limitation of use from the original 6 ppm to 10 ppm. That brought a great concern for consumers for the risk of unnecessary intake of pesticide residues during long term used. Microbubble technique has received much attention in recent years for its deep clean and many other applications. In this experiment, ozone-containing microbubbles were used in lettuce’s residual pesticide removing. The experimental results indicated that the ozone microbubbles effectively removed in four pesticides tested, including dimethomorph, cyhalothrin, deltamethrin and azoxystrobin. Possible by coating the ozone in the microbubbles, four pesticides used in this test were reduced through its strong oxidizing power. Other than that of the significant decreased in the four pesticide residues after washing once, the effect of preservation of the fresh water quality and appearance color of the experimental samples were observed and significantly. Conclusion: Ozone microbubbles can effectively degrading and removing the pesticide residues and have the effect of extending the freshness of lettuce tested. |
