The aim of this study was to investigate the impact of workplace bullying on job satisfaction and job performance among teachers in secondary schools in Thanh Xuan district, Hanoi with the volunteer participation of 250 teachers from all secondary schools in this district. The research was conducted by sending questionnaires to this group. Twenty-two-items Negative Act Questionnaire (H.Hoel and S.Einarsen) was used to measure the exposure to workplace bullying, 20 items Minnesota Satisfaction Questionnaire was used to measure teacher job satisfaction, Fisher 6 times-Job Performance Questionnaire was used to measure teacher job performance. The IBM SPSS statistics version 22 was used for performing the statistical analysis. The result of this study indicated that workplace bullying has a significant negative impact on job performance and job satisfaction among teachers. These findings of this study can be used by schools’ management to develop effective strategies not only to prevent the bullying behaviors but also to create a safe environment for teachers.
