Popis: | 106 In this paper, the principle of heterodyne interference is combined with the common-path to measure the change of liquid refractive index. The common-path is to use polarized polarizers to split a light source into P-polarized light and S-polarized light, and these two lights are then passed through the acousto-optic modulator to add differentially-differentiated, slightly different frequencies into a heterodyne source. The modulated P-polarized light and the S-polarized light are injected into the polarizer so that both lights have P-polarized light and S-polarized light. When the incident light moves from a medium with a larger refractive index to a medium with a smaller refractive index and the incident angle is greater than the critical angle of total reflection, total reflection occurs at the interface between the two media. When the incident light moves from a medium with a larger refractive index to a medium with a smaller refractive index and the incident angle is greater than the critical angle of total reflection, total reflection occurs at the interface between the two media. S-polarized light and p-polarized light have a phase difference due to the total reflection effect, and a lock-in amplifier is used to measure the desired phase. Finally, through simulation and experimental methods, observe the refractive index of different media and the thickness of different metal films, whether it affects the angle of phase and resonance, and record the angle of phase and resonance will change. |
