| Popis: | 106 This paper aims to complete the synthesis of phytosphingosine Lyx-9, Ganglioside SJG-1 Possessing Neuritogenic Activity and it’s Analogues with Various Phytoceremides. We use D-lyxose as a starting material, via a synthetic sequence involving protection, Wittig reaction, intramolecular amination reaction and Grubbs olefination, yielded Lyx-9 in 38% yield. We used chemoselective glycosylation and [1+1+2] stragety to constract the target SJG-1, and its protected analogues NGLM-1, NGLN-1, NGLR-1, NGLF-1, NGLP-1. |
