| Popis: | 106 Healthcare Quality is the lifeline of survival for all enterprises. In order to improve the standard of healthcare quality, we have to apply numerous of tools to solve the current problems, but each method has its own advantages and disadvantages. There is no such a single solver we can apply to solve every one of the healthcare quality problem effectively. The quality issues that need to be solved in the medical system are related to a wide range of aspects and the complexity of the system. Therefore, it is important to choose the appropriate tools and combine the advantages and advantages of each tool. The trick is to choose suitable tools based on their advantages and integrate them. The purpose of this study is to integrate QC-Story, RCA and HFMEA to constructs a concept of integration for healthcare quality issues to solve quality incidents encountered by the healthcare system. And it can make the health care providers who wants to improve activities more effective and direction. |
