Popis: | 106 The purpose of this study focuses on the association between the three- working pressure, job satisfaction and organizational commitment of a navy and this takes satisfaction as an intervening variable. This investigation was done from a total of 300 questionnaires, including 245 effective questionnaires that result in a return rate of 81.6%. The data are analyzed by using SPSS22, AMOS 24 for descriptive analysis, T test, ANOVA and regression analysis. Preliminary conclusions have been drawn: 1.Some personal attributions in gender, age and education have significant effects on interpersonal relationship, moreover, individual wage only influence role ambiguity. Different work functions for individuals have no effect to the role conflict. Class, branch and salary have effects on work loading and role ambiguity. Marriage only affects role ambiguity. 2.Job satisfaction has a significant impact on organizational commitment, i.e. the higher satisfaction, the higher organizational commitment to the group. 3.Work pressure of the staff-role conflict has negative effects on intrinsic satisfaction, while role ambiguity has positive and significant effects on intrinsic and extrinsic satisfaction. 4.Job satisfaction will cause some mediating effects on work stress and organizational commitment. |
