Popis: | 106 Background:The "union" refers to mass organizations dominated by the working class. In order to make members feel the functional and necessary organizational functions of the members, the active government and employers strive for the protection of the rights and benefits of labor and welfare members, Education and counseling, so that members really feel the existence of trade unions value and significance, and the trade unions have a sense of identity and sense of participation. Purpose: Research of Union Education and Training to Member identification and participation. METHODS: The data was collected by union member while 150 participants selected by purposive sampling, 147 effective questionnaires were collected, reaching to the rate of 98.00%. The SPSS for Windows 22.0 statistics software package was used to analyze the data. The collected data were analyzed by frequency, t-test (independent), and one-way ANOVA (independent). RESULTS: 1. Trade union approval: men scored significantly better than women (p=.001); average scores for regular classes were significantly better than shifts (p=.001) .025), and high (middle) positions (p = .038). The competent positions scored significantly better than the grassroots (p = .005) and professional positions (p = .033). 2. Trade union participation: The institute has significantly higher academic qualifications than those below the middle school (inclusive) (p = .040) and high (middle) positions (p = .030); the average position of supervisor is significantly better than that of grassroots employees (p = .023), and professional positions (p = .021). CONCLUSION: 1. Different demographic variables participating in trade unions of the union recognition of differences in the recognition of significant differences. 2. There are significant differences in the cognitive differences between unionized members and unionized members of different demographic variables. |
