Popis: | 107 At present, there are many waste oil treatment plants in Taiwan that face reclaimed oil products containing high concentrations of organic sulfur, which are not in compliance with the fuel environmental regulations and cannot directly use fuel. However, the current major desulfurization method for hydrodesulfurization in various countries has a high cost of construction and maintenance. If an economical and safe oil desulfurization technology can be developed, it will improve the cost of setting up factories. Improve the quality of recycled oil products. In this experiment, an ionic liquid (1-butyl-3-methylimidazolium tetrafluoroborate) was used as an extract, and the sulfur content of the waste oil was removed by an oxidative extraction desulfurization method. Hydrogen peroxide (oxidant) was used in the study. Tungstophosphoric acid (excess metal catalyst), tetraoctyl ammonium bromide (surfactant) as an oxidizing agent, the best parameters of oxidation experiment results are 70 ml of hydrogen peroxide, 0.75 g of tungsten phosphate, 3 g of tetraoctyl ammonium bromide and oxidation. At 30 minutes, the sulfur oxide removal rate was 29.61%, and the optimal parameters of the extraction experiment were 50 ml of ionic liquid, 6000 rpm, and 40 minutes, and the sulfur removal rate was 25.9%. According to the results of this study, the oxidative extraction desulfurization method can effectively remove the sulfur in the waste oil, but there is still much room for improvement to optimize the removal of sulfur in the waste oil. |
