The cross-border e-commerce market is booming rapidly. With the advancement of technologies and the new retail trends, traditional E-commerce operations are facing out. It is critical to choose right strategies and flourish in the new markets. This paper uses Analytical Hierarchy Process(AHP) to assess Cross-Border E-commerce’s trends and strategies. Success factors were developed by reviewing literatures related to E-commerce strategies. A hierarchical structure which contains three aspects and twelve key success factors was developed for E-commerce strategies. A questionnaire survey was conducted to obtain opinions of experts in this industry. The results show that there are four key factors for Cross-Border E-commerce operations: product diversification, interactive marketing through data analysis, easy to use web, multimedia marketing.
