Popis: | 106 Employees with high organizational commitment will perform better (Mowday, Porter & Steers, 1982), and when managers adopt coaching leadership, employees will be able to significantly improve their productivity and performance (Yu, 2007). Psychological capital and job performance have been explored by past researchers. However, this study has not found previous studies that have simultaneously examined the relationships among coaching leadership, psychological capital, team commitment, and job performance. Therefore, this study attempts to conduct an empirical study by using coaching leadership as the antecedent of psychological capital, and regarding team commitment and job performance as the outcome variables of psychological capital, in hope of expanding the extant literature on coaching leadership and psychological capital. In this study, the convenience sampling method was adopted to study the employees of enterprises in Taipei, Tainan, Kaohsiung and Pingtung. The results of multiple regression analysis showed that there were positive relationships among coaching leadership, psychological capital, team commitment, as well as job performance, and that psychological capital served as a partial mediator. |
