Popis: | 106 With the development of WEB2.0 technology, the mobile Internet and smartphones have become more and more popular, which has brought about tremendous changes in the environment of the We Media industry. While the traditional media has been constantly impacted, it has also provided a rich soil for the birth of the We Media, resulting in a spurt outbreak from the We Media industry. However, with the expansion of the number of We Media, the pressure of We Media people's survival is also increasing. From the rapid growth of the We Media, it cannot guarantee its stability. It is not uncommon to suspend operations or completely abandon. The current problem facing the We Media: how to plan a stable profit model and build your own business model. The business model is the basis for the survival and development of the We Media. However, there are many successful cases in the We Media that are worth learning. 「 Read at Ten 」 uses a series of targeted content services and community management to build 「Read at Ten」 into a brand, attracting homogenous users and enhancing the recognition of community members. Its sense of identity translates into action support, which generates economic benefits and provides economic security for its future development. At present, 「Read at Ten」 has exceeded 20 million fans, which is a successful case of We Media development under the community economy. This paper will take the We Media 「Read at Ten」 as an example to analyze its business model. We can find out the business model that conforms to the current development of the We Media, and also play a certain inspiration for the future development of the We Media industry. |
