| Popis: | 106 The most important and basic role in the promotion of education is the teacher. Many studies have clearly pointed out that teachers' work is under tremendous pressure. It also points out that these pressures will have a negative impact on teachers' life, health and spirit.The educational work environment is dynamic and organic. Many of the same conditions will develop different results for different teachers. Each event seems to be independent but has its logic behind. Furthermore, the development of senior teachers is not only individual. Instead, the individual interacts with the various contextual factors involved in the environment as well as the various environments and changes they face, and their career development will also form a dynamic and complex circular development system with their own teaching environment, experience, and other factors. Therefore, this study aims to use system dynamics to explore the relevant factors that influence the motivation of the elementary school senior teachers. Based on literature review, the influencing factors are divided into three major dimensions, including job satisfaction, work stress, and external support system. It’s necessary to build a system dynamic model with these three major dimensions of the causal loop diagram. The results of this study show that both the job satisfaction and the external support system have positive feedback, and the work pressure is negative feedback. It can be seen that only reducing senior teachers work pressure doesn’t strengthen their work motivation. The study found that the sense of satisfaction regarding senior teachers comes from personal qualities. Nowadays, senior teachers have to undertake heavy work pressure, therefore, to strengthen their personality traits will improve their job satisfactions or to give them strong external support will help them to maintain their work motivation more effectively. |
