Popis: | 106 As the scale expanding and methods innovating and as the specialization, the construction becomes more risky and faces challenges about the interfacing between different works. The Building Information Modeling (BIM) covers the whole lifecycle of the construction so the management performance could be enhanced from the plan and design stages to construction and operation stages by the benefits information integration and spatial visualization of BIM. The BIM has been energetically introduced into Taiwan these years, yet the labor market faces serious shortage of competent persons. As the ISO45001:2018 occupational safety and health management system becomes the international trend¸ the development of BIM based management system is the key procedure for the construction industry to introduce the 45001. And as the Industry 4.0 develops rapidly these years, the construction would faces big changes. Therefore, the introduction of BIM technologies and talent cultivation will help the construction to grade up quickly. The purpose of this research is bring the BIM into full play to enhance the management performance and to eliminate the labor shortage by technology competence development and talent cultivation of BIM. This research began with the analysis of the competence demand from the competence framework, and then know well about the kinds and quantity of key competence of the BIM. As to satisfy the current need and development trend of the construction, five key positions and competence framework model of the BIM have been developed to cultivate talents with ‘BIM technologies’, by strategically fulfill the labor shortage of the industry. This research chose the ‘BIM engineer’ as the precedence target to develop the competence courses. After the enhancement, deepening and augmentation of the competence of the BIM, the construction could improve its safety and healthy management performance. The ten key competences of BIM suggested by this research could be used as a reference to developing the modularized competence courses and to fulfill the gap of the competence shortage. The built competence framework of BIM could be a measure of kinds and quantities of the labor demand for the industry and could be references for the administrations to develop the competence courses and help the development of the industry. The competence development strategies and the introducing of the BIM competence into the industry can solve the problems of labor force shortage and poor productivity and can furthermore induce the completeness of the competence framework of the industry in the future. With the aid of the competence framework developed and technology competence introduced by this research, the construction could cultivate competence persons systematically and overcome the bottlenecks of traditional construction safety and management problems. |
