Study on Satisfaction of the Demographic Causes and the Home Care Services Utilization ─ Use the Home Care Service Center in Tainan City as Example

| Popis: | 106 Due to population aging increased these years, the eagerness for long-term care and research about satisfaction of home care services become more and more important. This paper discusses the situation for those users of the home care service center undertaken by foundation in Tainan City and analyzes those related factors which influenced the satisfaction of home care service users. Quantitative research method has been used in the study. Interview with questionnaire is used as the method of data collection. The statistical methods involve Descriptive statistic and Multiple regression analysis, to analyze the data and to discuss the home care service satisfaction. The number of participants is 255 and here is the main results are as follows. (1)Women users occupy nearly 60%; the users whose age is between 80-89 years old occupy nearly 45%; most of them are non-vulnerable applicants; most of them are illiterate; predominantly moderate disabled. (2)Use home care service over three years occupy the highest proportion; most of them introduce by friends and relatives; most of them use take shower(80.39%)and housework assistance(80.00%) in the current items. (3)96% of the users express satisfied to the home care service. Finally, according to the finding and conclusions, this study has suggestions for further research on practice, academic, and policy. |
