Popis: | 105 In this study, polyaniline/graphene composites were prepared to explore its thermoelectric properties. Organic materials for thermoelectric (TE) application have been attracted attention due to the advantages of mechanical flexibility, low cost, easy synthesis, light weight, low thermal conductivity and low temperature solution processability. To enhance the performance of organic TE, the TE composite films of polyaniline /graphene were prepared by solution process of in-situ polymerization. The secondary doping of composite by camphorsulfonic acid (CSA) dissolved in m-cresol solution had been dropped to cast on glass substrates. The expanded polyanline chains deposited on the surface of graphene results in good solution solubility. The Hall-effect mobility, four-probe conductivity and the Seebeck coefficient were measured to evaluate the TE performance. The highest carrier concentration and mobility reached to 2.75 ╳ 1021/cm3 and 1.73 cm2/Vs respectively. The optimal electrical conductivity and Seebeck coefficient of the obtained composite film PRGO30 reached to 289 S/cm and 10.01 muV/ K, respectively, and the power factor is up to 2.9 muW /mK2. |
