This study uses in-depth interviews to explore the start-up process of entrepreneurial businesses. Five new ventures were interviewed across the following categories: internet service, cultural and creative industry, and real estate rental and leasing. Explored were the specific problems that may be encountered in pre-start-up stage and start-up stage for each business. From analysis of background details of the various business founder. We can find (1) The age of the founders is distributed in the 24 to 34 years old range, (2) There are two founders who are not creating new venture for the first time, and (3) The founder's previous work was generally unrelated to the current venture. In pre-start-up stage, entrepreneurs must understand why they start their own business, evaluate the feasibility, raise teams and money, and also it may encounter some trouble. In next stage, the start-up stage, entrepreneurs must have acumen and be adroit operators to set up sales and revenue targets, growth goals, use human resources appropriately and position new venture in the marketplace. For a new venture to survive many contingencies must be skillfully managed.
