Popis: | 105 This work used TEOS as precursor to synthesize sol gel. After aging for 7 days, thin films were deposited on glasses by dip coating. Different film thickness and porosity were obtained by varying lifting rate of the specimen, and the characteristic of film was varied from the antireflective (AR) film to the superhydrophobic film. An AR film with 96.57 % ± 0.14 % average transmittance of visible light was obtained at lifting rate of 1 mm/min; a superhydrophobic film was obtained at lifting rate greater than 10 mm/min. The AR films were conducted heat treatment at 200°C for 2 hr and at 550°C for 4 hr. Transmittance and reflectance of the films were measured under incident angles of 0-60o. The characteristics of the AR and the superhydrophobic film were investigated through the following analysis and measurement. The surface morphology was analyzed through FESEM, the 3D morphology and roughness were investigated by AFM, ATR-FTIR was used to analyze the functional groups on the surface of the film, XRD was used to analyze the crystal structure of the film. The abrasion test was used to understand the wear resistance of the films. The TGA measurement was used to analyze the moisture and methyl content in the film. The sol gel was stored at the refrigerator of 20°C and 5°C, and room temperature to understand its stability at different temperatures. A superhydrophobic film with size of 300 mm * 300 mm was deposited, its change in sliding angle over a long period of time was measured. The results of analysis and measurement revealed that the AR film with heat treatment at 550°C for 4 hr possessing omnidirectional antireflection property of a moth eye. The AR film and superhydrophobic film with good property could be obtained from the deposition of sol gel stored at a refrigerator of 20°C and room temperature for a long time. |
