| Popis: | 105 The purposes of this study is to discuss the situation of teachers toward principals’ leadership styles and school organization creativity of elementary schools in New Taipei City, to understand its diffference for teachers under different background variables and to analyze the relationships between principals’leadership styles and school organization creativity. With questionnaire survey method, 540 teachers of elementary school in New Taiper City are sampled. 492 valid questionnaires are returned.For the study materials, statistical methods such as descriptive statistices, t-test, one-way analysis of variance, product moment correlation of Pearson, stepwise multiple regression analysis are carried out to make analytical researches. According the analytical results, the conclusions are as follows: 1.The situation of principles’ leadership styles in New Taipei City is in the content of middle, and it is showing high concern and high advocacy. 2.The situation of school organization creativity is in the content of middle, especially the aspect of creativity output. 3.The cognition of principals’ leadership styles of elementary school teachers in New Taipei City is quite different in the aspects of age, position, seniorities, school location, school scales and school history. 4.The cognition of school organization creativity of elementary school teachers in New Taipei City is quite different in the aspects of age, position,seniorities, school location, school scales and school history. 5.There exists a positive correlation between the principals’ leadership styles and school organization creativity. 6.The principals’ leadership styles in the Elementary schools in New Taiper City is a highly predictable indicator of their school organization creativity. According to the research findings, some suggestions will propose for the educational administrative agencies, schools and for future research as well . |
