Popis: | 105 Where 228 Peace Memorial Park located is the core center of Taipei city, Taipei Tianhou Temple in the Qing Dynasty was located at the same place. When Japan occupied Taiwan and implement the modern urban plan, this place was built as a urban park, named as 「New Park」 due to the first park in Taipei is Yuan-Shan park. Taipei New Park has been there since Japanese colonial government, National government, and Chen shui bian government, the Taipei city mayor Chen shui bian had changed the name of the park as 228 Peace Memorial Park at 1996, with the new name, this park is been defined it’s historic and political meaning, which are important history of Taiwan. This thesis is to study Taipei New Park with the view of culture heritage, try to discuss the meaning of what New Taipei Park changed and unchanged, not only the visible substance part, but also the historic meaning. Such as Taipei broadcast studio was one of the tools to show the authority of Japan government in the park, but became the witness of the 228 incident, and that is the reason to change the name of the park. National Taiwan Museum, was the Viceroy Kodama Gentaro and Chief Civil Administrator Goto Shinpei Memorial Museum, nowadays is not only the main building, but extend to other culture heritage buildings like nanmen park. In late of 20 century, Taipei New Park is known as famous place of gay group because of a novel 「Crystal Boys」. With the historic layer stacking over than 100 years, Taipei New Park became not only a park, but is the most unique one of Taiwan. To study those historic events, we could understand how Taiwan became modernization, and to show the multi value of Taipei New Park. |
