Popis: | 管理學院經營管理EMBA泰國專班 105 Revolution, the structural change in an organization, is incurring from the change through natural and life environment. In recent two centuries, there has been tremendous industrial innovation in order to improve life quality. Industrial revolution is to improve efficacy in production. In industrial revolution, not only has man power been replaced by machinery, automated production in large scale has also replaced individual production process. The industrial revolution has caused structural change and brought social and economic impact. Industry4.0, the fourth phase in industrial revolution, can be referred to a series of new technologies that combine physics, numbers and biological world that impact all subject, economy and industry. Many international companies move towards industry 4.0 in recent years. It should be noted that industry 4.0 is not only about new technology, it focus on establishing intelligent factory which is adjustable to globalization, high efficiency and human factors engineering by combining industry related technology, sales and product experience. It also requires integrating customers’ need into business and value processes and cooperation with business partners in order to provide complete after-sales service. After examining the essence of industry 4.0, it is clear that the talent which is needed in intelligent industrial process is different from traditional industry phase. Thus, in this thesis, by interviewing with people working in industry, the author analyzes what knowledge, talent and characteristic is required when a factory moving towards industry 4.0. |
