Popis: | 105 The Noble Prize in Physiology and Medicine points out the importance of Nitric oxide on physiology, stating that its functionality includes immune response, vasodilatation, accelerating wound healing, and the reduction of the inflammation of the wound. According to some researches, acrylonitrile- inylimidazole copolymer (poly(AN-co-VIM)), which has cyclic structure after thermal treatment, can store and release nitric oxide (NO) molecule under certain condition, and we find the VIM monomer in the three-monomer copolymer of AN/DMI/VIM would decrease the amount of cyclic structure, further more cause a effect of NO loading. The study aims on Dimethyl Itaconate (DMI) as the third monomers. The use of solution polymerization in order to synthesis trimonomer copolymer,except for the discussion of the properties of copolymer, the study also aims on the absorption and the release, in hope of improving its properties. All materials and polymers were characterizaed by Nuclear Magnetic Resonacce (1H-NMR), Fourier Transform Infrared Spectroscopy (FT-IR), and UV/Visible Spectroscopy (UV-Vis) for determining adsorption and release amounts of nitric oxide. |
