| Popis: | 105 March 2, 2009, Bai-Syue Hotel fire in Datong District Taipei City resulting in eight deaths, In the past 15 years the largest single fire death toll of cases in Taipei. This hotel had four floors was building in 1963, even pass public safety inspection every year, in the fact, existing dangerous risk is the truth, when fire happened, the hotel guest who is not familiar with the local space or direction, it will lead to the problem of escape to the safe place. Since Government to promote the tourism industry in recent years, more and more visitors come to tour, it bring about old hotels usage increased. Currently, the hostels built before 1976 up to 76 in Taipei City, apparently on the public safety is a major issue. Most of our existing building in Taiwan, unless they undergo major reconstruction to reach new legislation, it could not force to require it upgrade to the new status. The research use field study method according to pertinent literature and existing legislation to analyze improved difficulty of old hotel on the evaluation for fire safety facilities, as reference to fulfill improvement plan in the future. |
