| Popis: | 105 This study collects process data from manufacturing environment and explores critical attributes. The C4.5 decision tree algorithm is employed to find the key parameter.The Apriori association rules algorithm is employed to find the association of key parameter and process defect.Combin the adventages of the decision tree and the association rules to construct intelligent decision rules. The results show that a fast printing velocity,fast conveyor speed and lead-free solder paste may result in open defects. On the other hand, slow printing velocity, damp environment and solder paste with insufficient reflow temperature may result significant short defects. |
