Popis: | 105 The biosynthesis of levan is catalyzed by levansucrase, which is a polymer of fructose molecules. Levan is a fructan mainly linked by beta-(2,6)-glycosidic bonds with some beta-(2,1)-linked branch chains. Polysaccharides have caused much attention because of their various activities including antioxidant, antitumor, and immunoregulation, etc. Whats more, they showed no cytotoxicity towards normal cells. The activities of the polysaccharides depend on their monosaccharide composition, glucosidic bonds, branch types, degree of polymerization. The activities of the polysaccharides could be strengthened by chemical methods. Phosphorylation is a polysaccharide covalently modified. After phosphorylation of the polysaccharide molecule modified by hydroxyl groups on the branched chain substituted with phosphate, to enhance the biological activity of polysaccharides and the antitumor activity. In this study, the levan produced by FRI MY-55 were phosphorylated and the factors of temperature, reaction time, microwave power, and other factors were obtained by using microwave assisted chemical synthesis. On the effect of phosphate modification, while assessing its antioxidant capacity and anti-tumor activity. This work was expected to improve the activities of the polysaccharide by different phosphorylated modifications and develop an efficient phosphorylation process to promote the development of polysaccharide medicines. |
