Background Gout is a well-known disease of the public, and the gout is a general term for a series of clinical lesions caused by the deposition of monosodium urate, as well as the so-called gouty arthritis, urinary calculi and uric acid-related diseases of the kidney disease, in the past most of the drugs through to achieve the reduction of manufacturing or excretion of uric acid. Coffee is one of the most popular beverages in recent years because of its popularity and easy access, so there is an increase in the study of drinking coffee, and research shows that coffee can reduce diabetes, cardiovascular disease, etc., in the 2015 US Dietary Guidelines in the healthy diet also contains the amount of coffee to drink. Objective Drinking coffee is a lot of people's habits, but has always been regarded as an unhealthy drink, how to clearly gather a well-controlled study that excludes the observational study of error literature, and then establish the causal relationship between drinking coffee for gouty arthritis, So the study of a systematic review and integration analysis to show the results. Search methods This study mainly used the PubMed database to search for relevant studies and to exclude non-related studies such as non-English published, animal experiments and rheumatoid arthritis. Subjects were patients with gouty arthritis who underwent Systematic review by drinking different doses of coffee. But also through Meta-analysis for this study for more in-depth and objective inquiry, many of the previous research results together for comparative analysis, in order to find out the relationship between the research variables in the study. Conclusions Through the long-term and continuous drinking a certain amount of coffee, for the reduction of serum uric acid concentration have a certain effect, and drink a certain cup of coffee to reduce the effectiveness of serum uric acid concentration of men will be better than women. The results of drinking coffee, caffeine-containing coffee or caffeine-free coffee are all helpful in reducing uric acid, so products of different processes are consistent for gouty arthritis. In this study, we found that each study was different from the standard of coffee and the measurement method and concentration of coffee were different. If the original data of the study authors could be used for their intake There will be more accurate data.
