After the Beimen Crystal Church, Southwest Coast National Scenic Area Administration set “ Chaiyai High-Heeled Church” in Budai town of Chiyai county and opened to tourists on February Eighth in 2016. The government hoped to make the church into the new spot of Taiwan west-southern shore tourism. This research collected the data through internet information, reports on magazines and newspaper, and essays. The research interviewed the tourists to estimate their background, practical experience, the degree of satisfy, the willing for visiting again, the willing to recommend and specific suggestions to analyze the concerned relationship by statistics. The last step, the author interviewed the local stores’ runners, Southwest Coast National Scenic Area Administration officers, elected representative and residents to have in-depth interview to analyze the advantages and disadvantages of Chiayi High-Heeled Church to set the direction of future management strategy. The result of this research showed that there is still a lot of room for improvement. The items such as “Curiosity for famous spot”, “Strengthen the family relationship”, “Relax and entertainment” and “Sightseeing and getting close to nature” get higher satisfactions. According to the questionnaire, the degree of “Modeling of the High-Heeled Church” is higher. However, the items such as “ the amount of stores and stands”, “parking lot”, “indicator and map”, “landscaping of park”, greening of the park” and “public toilet convenience” are lower than the average amount 2.97. The tourists consider this church is a suitable place for environment education and it’s better to get closer combination with the Budai local culture and sea environment to match public’s expectation that Chiyai High-Heeled Church is a good place for culture experience and environment education.
