In this study, the job characteristics, the job stress as the independent variable, the cadre leadership style as the disturbance variable, leaving the willingness to carry on the empirical research according to the variable, and obtains the relevant conclusion through the literature analysis and the empirical investigation result, then enhances the willingness to stay. In this study, a southern artillery force conducted a network survey. The number of valid questionnaires was 84.4%. The data were analyzed by descriptive statistics, correlation and regression analysis. The results confirm that the job characteristics and job stress have a significant relationship with the wishes of the volunteers, and the cadre leadership style has some moderator on the job characteristics and the intention to stay. |
